Foundations
and Trends in Theoretical Computer Science (FnT-TCS) is a
relatively new series that started publication in 2005. The
journal
publishes (extensive) Surveys of
general interest to the theoretical computer science community.

Publishing - a for profit journal that nevertheless wishes
to
encourage free access for non-commercial purposes. (Authors of
published articles are encouraged to post a copy of their article
