On Low-Degree Polynomials

I will speak mostly about my battle with polynomials: how to correct errors, how to test functions for their degree, and the role these questions have played in complexity theory. Avi played a very influential role in my involvement with these problems --- so it seems reasonable that he should be subjected to one more talk on this subject from me.
