Locality in Coding Theory

I will survey the concept of locality in coding theory, including the notions of locally decodable codes, locally testable codes, local reconstruction codes etc. Several of these notions are accompanied by strikingly strong constructions, and a few have even turned to be valuable (measured in $$$s).
